Admission

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Merit list and shall be called for interview before Selection Committee. Candidates selected by the committee will be called for verification of certificates by Director/Principal of the School where the student are required to undergo medical examination before a medical board. Candidates found medically fit shall be eligible for admission.

Selected candidates will have to deposit the entire fees along with Hostel charges at the time of admission, failing which the selection will be cancelled.

Refund of fees on living the course after the commencement of academic session shall not be possible in any case. Revision of fees shall be as per the guidelines issued by the U.P. State Medical Faculty and the management committee.

The Admission shall stand cancelled in case of submission of false / forged documents.

A Medical Board shall be constituted to access the Medical Fitness to continue the course at any stage, if a student is found to be suffering from suffering from incurable/chronic illness or any other medical social condition which is not fit for continuing course. Fees will be not refunded.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

  • Attested copy of marks sheet of intermediate or equivalent examination.
  • Attested copy of matriculation/equivalent examination certificate showing the date of birth of the candidate.
  • Candidates belonging of S.C./S.T/O.B.C. Should submit original certificate issued by the District Magistrate / Competent Authority.
  • Domicile certificate from the District Magistrate/Competent Authority.
  • Conduct Certificate from the Principal/Head of College /Institution last attended.
  • In case of N.R.I., candidates copy of Nationality certificate is required.
  • Transfer /Migration Certificate from the School/College last attended.
  • 8 Passport size latest coloured photographs
